The "In My Shoes" program is a comprehensive memory care initiative developed by SAL Management Group to enhance the quality of life for residents with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia.   • Sensory Stations: Accessible 24/7, these stations offer engaging activities like cleaning, laundry, reading, childcare simulations, office tasks, and arts and crafts, designed to evoke positive memories and provide meaningful engagement.
  • Music Therapy: Availability of music players and headphones, allowing residents to enjoy their favorite tunes, which can stimulate cognitive function and uplift moods.
